FROM AMBITION TO SUCCESS
Join Investments was founded by Huub van Mil; a driven entrepreneur with a keen eye for opportunities and profit. His entrepreneurial spirit became apparent at a young age. What started with refurbishing and selling technical parts grew into a deep-rooted fascination for real estate and investments. In 2012, at the age of 21, he acquired his first property for renovation and took his first steps into the real estate business in the Netherlands. A year later, he bought his first building land, on which he built his vision from the ground up. After building and successfully selling several engineering companies, he was able to fully focus on doing exactly what he loves: looking for opportunities with high ROI.
Since his youth, Huub traveled annually to the Costa del Sol, where he immediately felt at home. The sale of his first new construction project in the Netherlands strengthened his conviction it was where his future laid. Determined to make his dream come true—despite the challenges that came his way—he bought his first piece of building land in Spain in 2014. The years that followed were a learning journey full of valuable lessons that laid the foundation for the success of Join Investments.
